EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYEES DEVELOP AN EFFECTIVE CONSULTATION AND PARTICIPATION SYSTEM TO ADDRESS THE IMPACT OF COVID-19

Project duration: 01/10/2022 - 30/09/2024

The project aims to establish effective mechanisms for information, consultation and participation involving cross-industry trade unions and employers' organisations from seven EU Member States and candidate countries (Spain, Poland, Serbia, Portugal, Montenegro, Romania and Germany). The aim is to address the impact of COVID-19, facilitate communication and prevent disputes by identifying and implementing best practices for worker participation in decision-making.

With the help of the Altogether project, the bsw is not only contributing to providing information and advice, but also to improving the working atmosphere and well-being within the company.

COVID-19 has been a major challenge for everyone, with long-lasting economic consequences. The pandemic has necessitated fundamental changes in the world of work, and cooperation between workers and employers is seen as essential in the search for optimal solutions. In view of these challenges, there is an urgent need for effective measures to accelerate economic recovery while protecting lives and livelihoods. The involvement and participation of employees is seen as crucial to recovery.

In order to be stronger and more united in the recovery phase and in the future, we have decided to make an offer in this post-pandemic period.

The highlight of the project was the development of a website that provides access to a learning platform and an advice centre. The learning platform offers a course on digital skills. Here, participants learn how to behave online, what to look out for and what their rights and obligations are in the digital world. They also gain access to further reading and information. The website also offers an opportunity to exchange ideas online or make an appointment with the advice centre to ask further questions. Appointments can be made online or offline.

We would like to invite anyone interested to take advantage of this opportunity via the link below.
