In our training workshops for industrial and technical professions and commercial occupations, as well as our vocational schools for healthcare professions and home economics, young people receive excellent training and are prepared for the future.

Our projects promote international knowledge exchange and development cooperation in vocational training. In this way, we improve the quality of training, strengthen the skilled workforce and drive forward the internationalisation of Saxony's economy.

As your partner for consulting, service and further training in various areas such as personnel development, strategy and employee management, we offer a wide range of seminars and training courses for junior staff, specialists and managers.

Since 2014, we have been supporting Saxon companies in recruiting trainees and skilled workers, offering assistance with visa applications, organising German courses and providing individual support during training.

With our flexible further training options, companies can optimise their work processes or develop their employees into skilled workers. Our further training courses are customisable and available as classroom, blended learning and online formats or as company training courses.

At our technical colleges, we offer state-recognised vocational training courses with qualifications in accordance with DQR/EQR 6 and 7 (‘Technician’, ‘Master Craftsman’, ‘Technical Business Administrator’) in the fields of electrical engineering, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering and mechatronics.
